Payment History shows the payments you have made and whether each one went through.
Step 1: Open Payment History #
Select Payment History in the menu on the left.
Step 2: Read your payment list #
Each payment may show:
- Payment Date: when the payment was made
- Amount, Prisma Platform Fee, and Total Payment Amount
- Status: whether the payment is processing, completed, or failed
- Payment Type and Last 4 Digits: how you paid
- Auth Code and Name
If you have no payments yet, you will see No Record Found.
Step 3: Search for a payment #
Type in the Search box at the top to find a payment. Select the round arrow (refresh) icon to show the newest information.
Step 4: See more details #
Select the three dots under Action next to a payment, then select View.
