Step 1: Open Make Payment #
On the Dashboard (the first page you see after you log in), select Make a Payment. You can also select Make Payment in the menu on the left.
Step 2: Choose Card #
Under Payment Type, select Card.
Step 3: Enter your card information #
Fill in each box:
- Card Number and Card Holder’s Name
- Email and Phone No
- Expiration date (MM/YY), for example 04/28
- CVV: the 3-digit security code on the back of your card (4 digits on the front for American Express)
Step 4: Check your billing address #
Enter the address your card company has on file: street, city, state, and ZIP code.
Step 5: Enter the amount #
In the Amount box, type how much you want to pay. Check the Payment Amount, Prisma Platform Fee, and Total Transaction Amount.
Step 6: Review and submit #
Check your information and the total.
Select the checkbox to confirm the details are correct and to authorize the payment. Then select Submit.
| Important: After you select Submit, wait. Do not close the page, refresh it, or press Submit again. When the confirmation appears, your payment has been sent. |
