Ledger Activity is your full account record from your property. It shows charges (like rent and fees), payments, and credits. Payment History shows only your payments.
Step 1: Open Ledger Activity #
Select Ledger Activity in the menu on the left. You can also select the Ledger Activity button on the Payment History or Make Payment page.
Step 2: Read your ledger #
Each line shows the Transaction Date, Description, Type (for example, a charge), and Amount.
To save or print your ledger, select View/Download Pdf.
| Note: A new payment takes time to show in your ledger. |
Use Ledger Activity to check rent and other charges, payments applied to your account, credits, fees, and changes to your balance.
| Tip: If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact your Property Management Team. Your property creates the charges on your ledger. |
