How do I add money to My Wallet?

Step 1: Open Add Money #

On the Dashboard (the first page you see after you log in), select Add Money in the My Wallet box. Or go to My Banking and select Add Money.

Step 2: Connect a bank account if needed #

If you have not linked a bank account yet, select Connect to an external bank account to transfer money into your wallet and follow the steps in How do I link my bank account?.

Step 3: Enter the amount #

Type the dollar amount you want to add.

Step 4: Choose your bank account #

Under Transfer From, choose your bank account.

Step 5: Check Transfer To #

Make sure My Prisma Wallet is chosen under Transfer To.

Step 6: Send the transfer #

Check the amount and both accounts. Select Transfer.

Note: Adding money takes time to process. Check your My Wallet balance to see when it arrives.
